How long does shipping take for my timepiece?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do AVI-8 watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every AVI-8 watch is backed by a 2-year international warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our pilot-inspired watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday use and light splashes, but not for swimming or diving.

How do I care for my leather strap?
To preserve the quality of your genuine leather strap, avoid prolonged exposure to water, oils, and direct sunlight. Clean it gently with a dry soft cloth if it becomes damp.
